Mark Alas was phenomenal. Great, great service and excellent customer relations. I was particularly pleased with the management and service advisors. I definitely recommend this service center.

Service advisor Mr. Craig is very helpful. He is very professional and friendly during the time I serviced my car at Southloop Hyundai. I did not scheduled an appointment but he still managed to service my car.

Armando in the Service Department handled our need like we were family... MANY THANKS!!! Needed a tire that was not in stock for our new Venue (great little car), no problem, Armando handled it , and used Lyft to get me a chance to relax with family while he did his magic!!!

Craig Murrell has excellent customer service . He always make sure you are in and out in a timely manner. He is also very knowledgeable describes the work they have done and what is needed in detail .

I enjoyed the update COVID 19 social distancing procedures. Armando provided excellent service! He answered all my questions and make sure to get all the issues taken care. In addition to updating my vehicle software that was needed. I will be back again .
