Straightforward service received

Went to South Loop Hyundai for repairs and to have a recall serviced on the Elantra. After the repairs were made, recommendations for additional work were made, and one item was selected to have completed. After all repairs were completed, the the bill was paid and Armando Pena, who was very courteous throughout the entire time at South Loop Hyundai, thanked me and opened the door and my car door. I appreciate the customer service and the repair service received at Sterling McCall South Loop Hyundai.

Service repair

I took my Santa Fe in for a check up. My service writer at Sterling McCall Hyundai is Armando and he has always been great. I am very pleased with the way they treat customers. I’ve bought two cars from them as will buy a third when the time comes. I am a very happy Sterling McCall customer.

Loyal customer

I drive from Dallas to get my car serviced here. Over the past four years I have had great service and usually work with Armando. However, he was not in this day and had to choose Dillion for service. Upon arrival I don’t recall this service male speaking to me or making eye contact. I don’t recall him saying “I’ll be right with you”. During that waiting period Craig ensured me that someone wold be right with me after Dillion failed to do so. After about 5 minutes of waiting Craig called me over to further assist me. Throughout the service Dillion never came over to check on me ask if I had any question or anything. Once the service was complete he came over and let me know that I could pay at the service desk and be sure to fill out a survey about how good he did. Usually every visit they let me know about service recommendations and more. None of that was done. Honestly was not satisfied and don’t feel like my inquiries were addressed.

Have a appointment for a oil change

Can in for my appointment to get my oil change. I waited for my car it's not a in and out but all is well until my next appointment.

I am very happy with South Loop Hyundai

South Loop Hyundai provides great service whenever I go there. Meya was very helpful on my last visit. The facility is clean and they had good COVID procedures in place. I felt safe.

Maintenance and Inspection

As usual, my experience with Armando in the Service Department was excellent. He is always professional, and attentive to my concerns and questions. I asked him to please ask the technicians to look for an earring that I had dropped. I had looked all over the car with no success. They found it and my daughter’s wallet lodged in the space between the seat and the armrest-invisible to the eye and almost impossible to retrieve. An arm cannot fit down there without getting stuck! (A definite design flaw). Also, I appreciate having the Lyft service to avoid having to wait at the Dealership while work was being done.
