Armando was very helpful. He was attentive and clear in explaining the services to be performed. The service was done in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience.

Fast Oil Change

Easy last mintue oil change. Fast and friendly service. Was in and out within the hour! Plus was able to schedule online, for same day service!

Unhappy customer and never going back

It’s been almost a month since I had a complaint about the tech at South Loop Hyundai and no follow up your service and customer service SUCKS

Poor to mediocre service for a Saturday

I had to wait at least 2.5 hours until my car was fully serviced, even though I had an appointment made. Something needs to be changed. The service advisor didn’t even tell me about the status of my vehicle during this time.

Repair of 2012 veloster

Good customer service, good clean facility, very informative employees. I like the free shuttle service to wherever you need to go and return. I love the texting of repair estimates.

Worst service ever!!!!

I bought my car from this dealership 6 years ago and have been getting it serviced here ever since. And yet, in the last 2 days, they have managed to frustrate, disappoint and astound me with their terrible service. I have had to make 3 trips here for a problem I am having, each time being told they are short staffed and can't run diagnostics. When I finally put my foot down today, they reluctantly took the car in and I was told 4 hours later that 2 technicians couldn't hear the noise I was describing and didn't see anything wrong. I go to pick up the car and immediately hear the same noise. I drag the service rep into my car and he admits he hears the noise quite clearly, even without needing to drive the car. He then comes back 5 minutes later to say that now the technician can hear the noise but has no idea what it is and will need to charge me a bomb to open up the dashboard and look inside. And it can't be done at this time because it's almost closing time. I ask to speak with the manager since this is my third trip for the same undiagnosed problem and I am told he has left for the day. I ask to speak with the technician who apparently has by now sneaked out the back door. I ask if either person can be contacted by phone and the answer is, 'no, come back on Monday". I ask if the car is safe to drive home and the answer is 'sorry, we can't say". Don't go here if you can help it, they are incompetent, lazy and have no accountability whatsoever, let alone customer service. I guess I should be happy I got a 'sorry' from the service rep after I lost my fuse and started yelling!!!

Great service!

Craig Murrell is the best service advisor and I always receive great service here. I would definitely recommend this location. I have purchased my last 2 cars from here.
