Car Fix

Very disappointed with the service and price. You would think a battery would cost less then $200.00. I was totally surprised with the reason. Not good.

Daniel Boyd was very thorough and helpful. The car was ready when promised. They arranged for a ride home when I dropped off car. very nice.

Oil change

Took too long .. I had a good guy check me in but the cashier/ appt person and phone operator aren’t friendly and seem miserably overwhelmed or confused

Samer is great. If you are buying a car, ask for him. Spent less than one hour total at dealership and finalized transaction by phone/text. Transparent pricing.

Trunk latch repair

Great experience with my service representative expected me and was very knowledgeable about my issue and very pleasant to talk to. Overall the customer service was excellent. Expect to see me again!

Welcomed as soon as I walked in by the Servixe Manager, Craig Murrell. He quickly got me checked in and updated me on how soon I'd be done and quickly checked out. I Truly Appreciated his politeness and professionalism. Looking forward to my next dealings with S Loop when I get my next vehicle and/or service.

Professor

Very positive experience with Dillion, who was my service speciaist. I had to get a new remote lock for my 2009 Sonata. They discovered that my car had a recall that I was didnt even know about. So, it took them about an 1 and half hour. They programmed the new remote and fixed the recall problem. They washed and vacuum out my car . From check-in to cashier, I was treated like a Queen, so I left with a smile.
