I just purchased my first car from this dealership, and I was lucky enough to have James Chapa as my sales man. Aside from a few little nics and bumps here and there my experience was very pleasant. This being my first car buy I was very nervous to sign and make any deals but the people here put me at ease. I highly recommend this dealership and the people who work here. From the receptionist, to the salesman all the way to the Kevin who wrote up my contract I was very happy how everything went.

Great experience
Great experience at this dealership. The staff had an awesome knowledge of cars. Our salesman wasn't pushy, he took his time to explain us the pros and cons of certain cars. His knowledge and professionalism put a great input in the purchase of my car. Also the GSM was wonderful, very professional and friendly. The whole staff made us feel welcomed. Great dealership!

Great experience in buying a car
James Chapa is the best salesman I have ever meet. Very pleasant, not forceful in try to sale a vehicle, which I liked. He stated facts and worked hard to get me into a vehicle. I highly recommend James and South Loop Hyundai. Again a very wonderful experience.

John and southloop hyundai
Although i did not purchase from this dealer for personal issues that arose, all the dealings that I had were upfront and honest. I was going to drive from the DFW area to purchase the car but I had some personal issues that prevented me from closing the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who does not want to waste a lot of time haggleing over price and addons and such. Tell them what you want and what you are willing to pay and your done.

Not so sure about this dealership
I was internet shopping for a particular vehicle and contacted South Loop. They got right back to me and initially gave great attention via email. I was fine with their posted internet price and asked them to prepare and send me an invoice, just to make sure there was no misunderstanding about anything. I was ready to buy. That's the last time I heard from them. So far (that was three days ago) they have not responded to my follow up emails or calls. There may have been some reason for this, who knows, but I suspect that they don't really sell at their posted price. It was all very odd.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
I am very pleased with the buying process i experienced with my sales representative(Alonzo Allen). I didn't want to haggle prices nor get a run around. To my surprise the sales Guy gave me a firm price over the phone and he had the exact car I wanted. There was no bait &switch that i recentedly experienced at another dealership. I would tell everyone to buy from SOUTHLOOP HYUNDAI & ask for ALONZO
