Buying a NEW car has always been a stressful experience for me and i wanted as little frustration and disappointment as possible. I was very hesitant to use the car quote link because I felt that i would be bombarded with emails and phone calls. Tried it anyway and had a response within 3 minutes via phone conversation. Short and to the point, made a drive time appointment for the next morning. The salesman was very courteous and provided a lot of information about the car that i wasn't aware of. I NEVER felt any anxieties during my visit from the initial contact to closing the deal. From the salesman to the finance manager, i felt like i was treated fairly. I would definitely buy from NLH again. Thanks NLH,

New car attempted purchase
I was contacted once by the dealership concerning a new car purchase. I never did get a follow-up phone call or e-mail, giving me an out-the-door price on a vehicle I was interested in. I told the salesperson that I did not want to haggle just give me your best price on a certain vehicle I was interested in. Include any money that I might be entitled to and to add all taxes, etc. to give me a price period. I never got a call back. I am no longer in the market, or at least in their market, for a new Hyundai.

Car Purchase
I recently purchased a used Hyundai Sonata at this dealership. I was immediately warmly greeted. My sales person ( Paul Davalos) was very genuine. He was very down to earth and great to do business with. He never pressured me into purchasing anything and provided a variety of options. I also had a trade in which was given a more than fair amount for. I set a goal for a payment amount and it turned out to be less than what I had anticipated. The finance manager (Trevor) was very knowledgeable in explaining everything and was very professional. I will purchase my next vehicle from this dealership and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent Service
I love this place! I had the BEST experience. My salesman Kevin Robinson was awesome. I was able to look around with absolutely no pressure from him. False Adverting! BEWARE
South Loop Hyundai had a white 2011 Hyundai Sonata listed for $14,877. The next morning, we called to make sure the car was still available since we had to drive from Austin to look at it. Alfonzo assured us it was. When we looked at the website again, we noticed the price dropped $1000. Perfect! When we arrived, we told Keith we were looking for the white Sonota that was listed on the Internet (there was only one listed). He took us to the car. We test drove it and loved it. Then we noticed the mileage was a bit lower than listed in ad. Keith then tells us we have the wrong car. The one we just tested was $17,800! We asked about the car we requested. After investigating, Keith tells us the car was sold 3 days earlier. (Then why the drop in price?). We asked to see a car like the one listed. He manager, Brian, came up with a few cars, but none were offered near the price of the "Internet special." What a bunch of scammers!

Pay Off
I bought a new car from them on March 12,2013 and as of April 11,2013 they have not paid off my trade-in. So now I am making two car payments, fun fun! Even after making several phone calls they have been very slow about responding back to me.

Great Experience
We knew what kind of car we were looking for when we arrived. Jarvis and Wayne were GREAT! We got the car for a couple of thousand dollars less than we expected and Wayne was able to get really good financing terms for us. Sooo... we got the car we wanted for less than we expected and for better financing terms than we expected. You can't beat that!

Wonderful Experience!
I had been looking for a used Lexus RX 350, South Loop Hyundai had one. After not having a great experience at other dealerships I was not looking forward to going to other ones. From start to finish the process was very smooth. The managers Matthew and Richard are both very professional and pleasant to work with. The General Manager was also very nice. The detailing job they provided was top notch. The car looked new. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thank you South loop Hyundai!
