Very satisfies w/the customer service received

Very happy with the service advisor who helped me (Mark Alas). He was very professional yet made me comfortable with the entire process. Thanks to his demeanor I felt like I have chosen the best dealership.

Amazing People and Service

The staff was amazing! So nice and humble. Loved them. I went in for servicing and although the wait time was long due to the weekend, they were very nice about it!

Disappointed Customer

I negotiated a purchase price for the 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy at Sterling McCall Hyundai South Loop on Monday, May 12, 2021. The car was a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. Before I paid for the car, the next day, my sales person, Shalise, agreed to my request to have the car delivered on Saturday at 1:00 PM, “of course, I will be glad to do it,” she says. I sent a list of accessories that comes with the car to her on Wednesday to be sure everything is included on delivery. When I texted her Saturday morning to confirm delivery time, I was given various excuses about the car delivery. She would not committee to her promise of delivering the car. I decided to go and pick up the car at about 2:30pm. After about 50 minutes wait, she pulled up the car, gave me the keys and apologized for not delivering the vehicle at my house. Before she walked off, I called her attention to the fact that only one accessory, cargo net, was in the car. At this point, her attitude changed as if I was asking for too much. She went back and forth bringing one item at a time; as I continue to insist that, I must have every accessory listed with car. She did not work me through the car features but she kept repeating, “I always take good care of my customers”. It was getting late so I left. She promised to order the missing accessories including: - Cargo Tray (she told me it did not come with the car) - Tire/wheel kits including Lug Wrenches (she told me it did not come with the car) - Hyundai Digital Key (NFC Card) I had an unpleasant experience at the dealership that was inconsistent with the great reviews and comments I read here. I hope I would get my missing accessories soon.

Excellent Service

Mr. Dillon Wesley from Southloop Hyundai did a remarkable job. He is very professional and friendly who explained the services very detail to the customer. He also provided professional recommendations to the customer. I am very glad to have him as my service advisor during my car service at Southloop Hyundai.

Oil change, tire rotation

Stephen Counterman provided me with excellent service with his desire to service and satisfy the customer. With a relaxed customer waiting area, as well as a car wash, I'm a very happy customer.

Two days for an oil change?!

Scheduled a service appointment ahead of time. Requested some simple, general maintenance like changing my car's oil and transmission fluid. Dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning and didn't get it back until Thursday afternoon. Time to trade my car in for a different brand. These hyundai dealers still operate like they're slinging crappy little hatchbacks.

Everytime I have my car serviced I am always amazed at the quality of service I receive. Armando Pena is amazing and he is extremely confident and gives you detailed information every step of the way.
