Everyone wad super kind and polite.

Everyone wad super kind and polite. Everyone I dealt with was attentive. Car runs great. They cleaned it really well. (What glass cleaner do you use?) 😁 The only problem was the time for the service. Since I had an "appointment " I did not expect it to take 3½ hours.

There was More than one customer waiting for their cars to be serviced. I am all about customer service . only 1 person asked if we wanted coffee or water or how we were doing. If we needed anything. Most of them didn't even speak.

Ultimately isolated the electrical problem with my

Ultimately isolated the electrical problem with my vehicle and fixed it at no charge. Total time to fix what ultimately was diagnosed as a battery problem took 5 days due to short staffing in mechanics.
