B1 service visit.

Drew Greenway was his usual friendly, courteous, and efficient self. There was no one there to check me out for about 4 or 5 minutes.

Great Overall Experience

-Service was completed in a timely manner -Clear explanation of services being provided -Clear explanation of additional services that were needed (i.e. options for tire replacement, pricing of tires, etc.) -Discount offers that I did not know about were shared with me and applied to my balance -Shuttle service to and from service center was helpful. Shuttle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was very nice.

Excellent Facility

No service has been preformed on this vehicle since it was purchased from Brown in 2003. That in itself, should be enough proof as to my satisfaction. The Service Manger in Glen Burnie is extraordinary.
