matt is amazing, demetrius as well. the tech that worked on my vehicle came in during his personal time off to get the job done for me and i couldn’t thank the svc crew enough. <3

Excellent job by service men.

Excellent job by service men. The only problem was that they all went to lunch at the same time requiring us to wait an additional hour for them to come back to finish the job. So, that made our wait time from 10:30 am to 2:00. No loaner car available to go to lunch. Hubs had a doctor appt at 2:30, so it was a race.

Even though I had to return because a part was not

Even though I had to return because a part was not ordered, Matt hurried us through :) My husband has Alzheimers and I have to take him with me and Matt was very understanding :)

Everything is great, except they still have not fixed my

Everything is great, except they still have not fixed my radio media system. They say it needs an update, but they are unable to provide it.

Service Center was on time with our appointment.

Service Center was on time with our appointment. The work was done expertly and even the NYS Inspection was included.

My mother has purchased Kia cars for a long time.

My mother has purchased Kia cars for a long time. She is now elderly and no longer drives. I am her daughter and took over her car. At 14,000 miles a brake caliper came loose. The mechanic that my husband and I use could not look at it for a couple of weeks. Kia had an earlier appointment so I took it in. The estimate to fix it was over $877. My mechanic’s estimate is $350. I will definitely wait for my good mechanic. Recently McFadden purchased Kia from Shultz. You can see why we haven’t done any business with McFadden since 1978

I was very pleased with the service and sales associates

I was very pleased with the service and sales associates at this. dealership They were patient and very helpful in helping me pick my new car.. Ron is an exceptional salesman. And I love my new 2025 Kia Seltos!

Guys are Friendly, Fun, On the Ball. Plac3 is Always Clean. Always Fast And Reliable Service. Waiting Room Is Like Being In My OWN Living Room..Very Comfortable. Looking forward to My Next Appointment With Kia in Jamestown!!!!!
