Bill offered a fair deal.

Bill offered a fair deal. I wasn’t pressured, held hostage, etc. The test drive and pick-up were painless. I would do business with Bill again.

Good customer service, professional, and they take the time to explain what work needs to be completed or has been completed on your vehicle. I would definitely recommend friends and family to utilize them for vehicle services.

We bought a used car that ended needing an engine

We bought a used car that ended needing an engine replacement due to a manufacturing defect. We were without a vehicle for 3 weeks but Kia was on top of it and was very communicable with us. I appreciate all Kia has done for us. Matt and Felicia were nothing short of excellent.

Have been coming here for years- both before and after

Have been coming here for years- both before and after the transition - it has always been a very pleasant experience. ´No complaints!! - once you get an appointment - that it what is difficult - getting through on the phone - one callback came after I already completed my appointment - the day before 🤣

Well first thing they said it would be a few days to hook

Well first thing they said it would be a few days to hook it up to find the problem. They told us this when we got there. So no warning. And it was because someone called off not our problem. And they had no rentals. So we aren’t supposed to work for 3 days?

My first experience went very well.

My first experience went very well. Everyone was courteous and friendly as well very helpful with explaining the prices and what all they do at LUV KIA!!! I was very happy with my experience and will return again for service.
