We bought our Kia new in 2019 my wife has liked it.

We bought our Kia new in 2019 my wife has liked it. She has 42,000 miles and we had a intake go bad. I was told it would be 1,000 and change and when I picked it up the bill was 1,080 and change Being a mechanic for 38 years I have faithfully change the oil ever 5,000 with full synthetic oil. It made me upset that we buy this Kia and she literally goes from Jamestown to Randolph and we had to pay to have it fixed because it was over the 5 years but not the milage. As a mechanic I would have done something to help the customer out to keep them happy but that wasn't the case here. When my truck is paid off we are trading her Kia in and buying a different make. Very disappointed at that low of milage and we have to spend that kind of money.

They told me to drop car off on Tuesday 8/13 for a repair. After leaving it for the day they told me the parts won’t be in till later in the week. Completely wasted my time and did not communicate the situation

Everyone is pleasant and professional.

Everyone is pleasant and professional. They took my car right in , diagnosed the problem and it was fixed right then and there. Very satisfied.

Luv did match vehicle price to another dealer but I

Luv did match vehicle price to another dealer but I Didn’t appreciate them trying to add the pulse system to the vehicle without transparency until I noticed it on the purchase agreement for an extra 499$. Then Bill telling me he is contractually obligated to sell them on all his cars and I’m the only customer who has ever had a problem with it. That’s a contract that must benefit him or the dealer. Not the customer. The customer should be told and have a choice- it is an obnoxious device. I bought the vehicle without it or I was going to buy elsewhere. Ashley was very accommodating to work with. I appreciated a salesperson who wasn’t pushy, she was helpful and available.
