Dealership prices are usually more expensive than a mom and pop shop. But the service manager did explain why my car wasn’t under warranty.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Matt Walden, Senior Service Advisor Manager, for his incredible support during a challenging time for my wife. She was at her wits' end with the air conditioning issue in her new GMC Yukon XL Denali, a vehicle she relies on for caring for our beloved three granddaughters, all under the age of two. They frequently go on outings to places like Jewel/Osco, Brookfield Zoo, Morton Arboretum, and various parks and playgrounds, so having a functioning air conditioner was essential. When she reached out for help, Matt was so understanding and compassionate, even in the midst of a busy day. He truly listened to her concerns and took the time to reassure her. We brought the Denali in, and thanks to Matt's quick action in securing the necessary parts, the air conditioning was fixed within 48 hours. This allowed my wife to enjoy a planned birthday outing at Brookfield Zoo with our grandkids, which meant the world to her. We are profoundly grateful for Matt's dedication and the exceptional service from the Napleton Ford team. Went for oil change and tire rotation Said the couldn't
Went for oil change and tire rotation Said the couldn't do rotation cause van could not lift on rack but was on rack to do oil change. Sounds like lazy workers to me. Will go elsewhere now where both maintenance can be done at the same time. Ridiculous and inconvenient!

The service department told me I would be there for 30-45
The service department told me I would be there for 30-45 minutes and I was there for almost two hours. I had an appointment. I was there for an oil change only. I am unsure to why I was there for so long, and was frustrating to be there for a long time when I had many other commitments that same day. I planned around being told 30-45 minutes.
