Best dealership ever.

Just cannot say enough about Hawk Ford in Oak lawn. The service is great . The staff is great. The prices are great. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. keep up the good work Hawk Ford. Sincerely Robert Helstern

Great Deal and Great Service

The people at Hawk Ford really took great care of me. Nick and his team worked really hard for me despite having poor credit. He was also very good about making sure I knew all the features of my new car. I am very happy!!

Headlight replacement service

Kathy the lady at service counter was very pleasant to deal with. She checked on me and my car and gave me updates. It was also raining that day so she had the service worker bring my car inside so I didn't have to go out and get wet. I would try to get her the next time I need service at hawk Ford

My favorite Ford dealership

This isn't the Ford dealership I purchased my 2018 Ford Explorer from but I wish I had cause the service is amazing! Everyone I've come in contact with is very friendly. The Quick lane staff is AMAZING! and super nice! There are 4 other Ford dealerships closer to my house and yet I still come back to Hawk.. nice people great service!

Service for F150

The only concern was having to schedule an appointment for service and not being able to immediately bring in my vehicle to be checked. This concern caused us to have to get our truck towed due to the reported issue.

Good communication

From 1st phone call to the drop off of my Lincoln i was connected They let me know when it arrived, when they were going to start on my car What the estimated time of finishing and when it was finish and it was finish a little bit earlier than what I was told job well done thank you

Untrustworthy

I previously paid for services and I did not receive what I paid for. I was told when I returned for service the fees would be waived and all of the information would be in the system under my account, name, etc. When I went in for service, I was once again given the run around until I had to find the email and insist that the service manager go find the person who contacted me. This service manager just did not want to do what was being asked of her until I asked her why in front of her coworker, who said it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, in my opinion because I had to go through all of this, in my opinion it was/is a problem which as always is a negative reflection on the horrible service I have received from Hawk Ford. The only reason I go there is becasue I purchased the vehicale from there and it is convenient but this will have to change, these people are awful.

In for airbag recall

Staff was prompt and courteous. No need for a long wait. Needed transportation back and forth which was provided. Don't know why they moved the outside mirrors (both needed to be readjusted), but the car was clean when they finished.

See what is wrong with truck

They did good with checking problem with truck but price overboard and time to fix had breaks done before price to much and to long

Regular maintenance

Went in for an oil change. My air filter and cabin filter also needed changing. This was completed , and everything else checked out good. Ready to go.
