Great service
I always take my cars to Hawk Ford. Everyone is always friendly. When i have my car in for service, the service department always keeps me inform on the status of my car.

My initial impression was that "this is a clean and efficient dealership." Each person that I talked to was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I think that considering the nature of my repair problem (17 codes ??) and the time between bringing my truck in and getting it back was beyond my expectations. Issues don't get Resolved Here
I had scheduled service for a safety recall several months ago and my appointment was canceled by the service department, so I went in now on a rescheduled appointment, strike 1. I told service that my attention items grew from 2 things to 5 things needing attention since I made the appointment, two simple items of replacing a license plate light and a brake light were completely ignored and the invoice said "customer declined replacement," I told service to replace those when I handed my keys over, I never said not to replace them, strike 2. They came back with 3 other issues and I agreed to doing two of them, but the whole process took 5 hrs, strike 3. While driving an hour after service, my check engine light came back on, service confirmed that the check engine light was on earlier due to the safety recall, proving that the safety recall issue was not resolved, strike 4. They have officially lost my business.
