THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER SEEN!

We pulled into the lot just to drive around to look at some prices on the vehicles in the lot and 2 salesmen came running one yelling at us which immediately made us want to leave and when we pulled back around the lot to exit he was standing in the middle of the road clapping (he was holding his hands up high so we could see him) like we were stupid for not knowing the exit was blocked off on the other side. I'm only a Doctor, I certainly couldn't hold a candle to this intellect giant of a salesman who proceeded to insult us as we were trying to leave. My son was with me and we have never seen anything like it in our lives! Blocking the way clapping his hands the whole way as we drove out standing in the middle of the road!. I had been looking to buy my 16 yo son a new car.

Great professionals, great service

I was immediately greeted and asked about my car and why it was there. The service representative personally took me to the bright open waiting area and showed me where coffee, donuts, etc. were. This is so unusual *after* you've bought the car. Service was completed in the time stated and I was on my way.

Great Service Dept

Had my Kia done quickly, it was washed and ready to go! Heather was very helpful and gave me an oil change punch card and window sticker.

Fast and efficient. Brought it in as a walk in they took me right in. Did not even have to wait next thing I know they are already done. It was quick is it efficient and it was simple.

Great Salesman

Jeremy asked all the right questions! It’s amazing how nice it is to have a sales person that knows his stuff. I walked into Kia on the fence and I walked out with a beautiful new Kia stinger. Which I absolutely love. Jeremy took us out on a test drive and explained all the features of the 2019. And I have to be honest, I was at a different dealership earlier that morning and that sales person could not do that. Then we went inside and we discussed all of our options and everything fell into place. It was an easy transaction and I’ve never seen the dealership go above and beyond to get me my car the same day. A Double trade between three dealers, that was amazing!
