This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! One of my friend's recommended Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I called and visited a few other dealerships before, and none were helpful. Then I decided to listen to my friend. I called this dealership, and I could tell the difference right away. They listened to what I was looking for, and were willing to help me with what I could afford. I hate car shopping, but I truly felt like I was dealing with friends. Especially Jeremiah, who helped me get a few extras added to my purchase at no extra charge. They were honest with me with all the details and pricing. I can say that everyone I dealt with made me feel like they were on my side, and let me leave with the best deal I could ask for. I will definitely send all my family and friends here!

Alex greeted me as soon as I walked into the service department and advised me what I needed to do. He is the one who usually takes care of washing my Jeep. This was the first time I had come in for any type of service so I was unfamiliar with the procedure at this dealership. He was very polite and assured me he would help me. And he did. My oil was changed, got a new filter, tires were rotated, and U65 Safety Recall was taken care of. Rebecca checked me out and provided my receipt. However, I do not remember meeting Lee Hyde, the Fixed Operations Director. I have absolutely no complaints.

My salesrep was Kaleb McCaslin who was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire purchasing experience super smooth.
