Certified Pre-Owned

I have always bought my cars new. This was the first time I went with a Pre-Owned vehicle. I started asking the people I work with for suggestions on where to start looking. One person suggested I try York Ford and helped me look. As soon as we went to their Pre-Owned site and put in the Ford Explorer under the vehicle and SUV as the type I spotted the car I wanted. I spoke to the Jim Fauci the sales person who was very friendly and patient. He told me the price and also agreed to pick up my plates and drive my car to a place we agreed upon. There was no pushing to try and sell me anything I didn't want. I was impressed that he was always available through texting even on his days off. I and I did contact him many many times. I would highly recommend York Ford and Jim to anyone looking to buy a new or Per-Owned vehicle. They have been the best dealership I have ever done business with and I have purchased a few cars over my life.

Recent vehicle purchase

Hello, My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle for our growing family from York Ford. Our salesman, Jim Fauci showed us around and guided us through the available cars at the dealership. He worked with the finance manager and ran numbers for us on a few different vehicles which helped us find a vehicle that met all of our wants and needs. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever! Jim was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently and honestly. We didn’t feel rushed at any point in the process. His expertise in the process from start to finish was so valuable. In my past experiences with buying cars there is always something that gets held up for one reason or another but not in this transaction. Thankful to say this transaction was smooth and went off without a hitch. We will be coming to York Ford and working with Jim for the years ahead after this great car buying experience and you should too! Regards, Keith Hallissey

Respectful, Thorough, and very Professional.

Salesman Bill Barboza was very knowledgeable about the truck I was there to look at and quick to find the answers to questions for which he did not know the answers. He was courteous, very efficient, and made the transaction painless.

Horrible experieince getting our truck fixed!

We had brought our truck to be fixed and had the best Ford Warranty, and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get our truck back. They called us 4 times to pick it up and the noise was still there. And then to TOP it off they service manager let the tech drive the vehicle home for the night for the night 2o miles away!!!!! NOW we have scratches and damages to the vehicle. I have contacted the GM Brad York, so lets see how this goes

Service visit

Had problems with my power windows not going up and staying up automatically. Problem was taken care of in a timely fashion.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

This dealership is the absolute worst. I have purchased many brand new cars, dealt with many service centers, but I have never had such poor customer service, communication, and overall disorganization like I have at York Ford. My F-150 has now been back to this dealership twice and each time they have either incorrectly ordered parts or not order all of the needed parts. I have had to call them for status updates as no one has reached out. I was last told my service was a one day turn around and I am now on Day 4. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNACCEPTABLE! Don't waste your time or money here. Buyer beware!

Service

Went to the quick change lane, welcomed, they serviced my car while I waited, kept me informed as to how long it would be, gave the car a wash, oil change, recall service and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Will be back!
