Oil Change

Very good service from a friendly staff. The only thing that would make it better is if the facility was bigger with more techs so wait times weren?t so long.

Exceptional Service!

Brough my vehicle in for a shake at highway speeds. A four tire balance was recommended, and explained why. From start to finish, the experience was friendly and informative.

Worst Service EVER

I have never, in 39 years of life, dealt with such an incompetent organization with no regard for their customers. We made an appointment 1 month ahead of time for an oil change, transmission issues, a USB socket not working, and the in-lane assist isn't shutting off and is too sensitive. We left the car at 7:00 AM. At 3:00 PM we got a call explaining they hadn't even looked at the car yet and there was no way they were going to. I told them we could leave it but needed a loaner for the long, Labor Day weekend. The woman who called us stated there was no way they were going to give us a loaner for the long weekend and it wasn't their fault they waited 6 hours to tell us there was no way they would be servicing a car for a customer that made an appointment one month prior. I asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes on hold the same woman got back on the phone and had been told she could arrange to pay for a rental from their on site rental agency. Tuesday comes and at 3:15 PM I have to call them to find out what is going on with the car. They still haven't looked at the transmission, USB, or other thing. Wednesday comes and goes and they can't isolate the issue with the transmission. They tell us the USB has no issues. I tell them several times it does not work. They don't mention anything about the in-lane assist. Finally, on Thursday I tell them we are picking up the car because this whole process has been a disaster. The employee tells us that they couldn't find an issue with the transmission because they only drove it 6 miles and only during rush hour on a busy highway so they couldn't get to speeds to see the issue. They took poor notes on our complaint on the in-lane assist and made it more sensitive instead of less and it still didn't shut off at low speeds. The paperwork we received showed that the mileage in was the same as the mileage out, so the technician didn't drive the 6 miles previously claimed. Additionally, I plugged my phone into the USB and guess what? It didn't work. In short, we left the car for a week and got an oil change. I would avoid York Ford at all costs.

Horn replacement service

Had to replace horn twice on 2012 Ford Focus. Once in 2017 and then again in 2019. Less than 2 and a half years.Spoke to assistant service manager and was told nothing he could do for me cause warranty lasted only two years so had to pay again. Really disappointed as I bought the car and have had service from this dealership many times.
