Ford F-150 repair
Recently had some work done on my truck, a recall and a brake job. Have used this service center and the quick lane for years, superior and consistent customer service. Unfortunately did not have the same experience with their body shop. Took 45 days for repairs to be done they were estimated at 14 days, ended up costing me almost $1000 in rental out-of-pocket. Would love to speak with someone from York Ford as it is not customary for me to have a negative experience here. They have serviced many of our family?s Fords and Mercurys for over the past 10 years, with two grown children and two parents, each owning a Ford, that is a lot of Fords!

Thought we'd found the one
I was trying to give a local place business..my daughter was graduating college and needed her first car. I was looking to trade in mine. We began talking about it before, great. Buying process, fairly great. I hate car dealers. BUT I thought we'd found the perfect one! My daughter got an awesome Eco Sport. I wanted one, next. My daughter registered her car the next day. I questioned Kittery on the MSRP used but received no answer. Then the 2nd key didn't work on the car. No worries, my daughter called them, popped in so they could program it. Come to find out they put the WRONG VIN on the paperwork. Which had already gone to the state. During a pandemic. She's alone....freaking out a bit because one of the guys at the dealer freaked out when he'd heard it was registered. They made her sign things with nobody there to help her. But ok. Said they'd call her once they'd talked with the state. No call. An email with them telling me they couldn't find a car for me, but she needed to sign more paperwork. So....she's got to go back AGAIN. During a pandemic. AND back to the town, at some point, I would imagine, when they figure it out. My daughter wrote a letter to the owner, talking about her feelings about the transaction. The answer? Not good. And they still haven't figured anything out. We haven't heard. WOW. And I thought I'd found the one.

Gloucester Firefighter
Bill Barboza was a great salesman to deal with. He is very helpful with the whole buying experience . Bill does an awesome job of treating you like a friend, not just another sale. I had to spend some time at his desk while i waited for some stuff to be looked at on my used truck. I watched him take calls from customers, he told the customer he would do something, he did it right then and there without delay. long story short Bill Barboza is a man of his word, and he is a salesman that will make sure you are treated right before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale. Again i saw this first hand with his phone calls, and my personel sale. Even though Bill was my salesman, I consider him my friend now. Thanks Again Bill
