Quick lane is a great place to get your oil changed and much more. Jeff Perkins is the best. He’s knowledgeable and very informative. He is extremely pleasant. Jeff is the only reason I go to Quick Lane.

Knowable Service Dept
Purchased new Escape from Watertown Ford and had a problem with tailgate before I purchased it. Was never fixed and after 2 tries they never called back. I went to McGovern Ford in Saugus and was serviced by service manager and Christine Morganelli and they properly diagnosed the problem and it has been working properly. Thank You Christine.

Repair hatch
We needed service on my Daughters 2016 Ford edge rear lift gate the latch was t working . They were able to replaced the latch expansion but fixed . It was fixed in 3 days

Great service staff are nice sunroof leak all fix
Sunroof leak great job. Got a rain storm the next day and had no water leak. Would recommend a friend. Can’t say enough about Christine.

Had a oil change &state inspection took me right in about half hour was on my way Jeff was good he explained everything that's was done
