Recall work Explorer
My Explorer was serviced for two recalls. The service department staff was professional, completed the work without hassle and in a half day. This type of service separates York Ford from other dealerships because they treat their customers kindly and with respect. Other dealerships ten to seem bothered by recall work, so this experience proves that York cares about their customers. All the staff has been friendly and easy to deal with even for basic service like an oil change. Thanks!

York Ford is pretty
Christine is amazing. In fact both of the woman working at the service desk are terrific. They have both sat with me in my car to teach me neat options about my car. They work so hard to get me all the car needs and at the best price they can muster. They even loaned me an umbrella to walk to the mall across the street: If you have to wait for service, I highly recommend coordinating your next mall trip with service to your Ford.

Amazing Service
Jim Fauci at York Ford took customer service to another level. You don't get insanely amazing service like he provided to my husband and I anywhere else. I am a nervous person when it comes to buying cars and it felt like I was talking with a trusted family friend. He was attentive but not pushy, competent and knowledgeable and we had a few laughs along the way. Our first stop was York Ford because it was the only dealership in our area open on a Sunday. We were in the preliminary stages of looking and we test drove our new car on Sunday and drove it off the lot on Tuesday. It was an amazing experience and we will recommend him to anyone that will listen and will definitely be repeat customers. They wont help if you didnt buy it from them.
I went in to see if they could replace a windshield from a vehicle I had purchased 5 months ago and they refused to help. The crack was caused by the defroster during a cold morning because it happened in the driveway while the vehicle was not in motion. They went over it with two technicians and didn't find any chips or impact in the windshield and they still refused to replace it or even start the process of trying to get a replacement citing that I need to go through insurance or the Ford Hotline. This should be covered under warranty or defective parts. The Hotline directed me back to the dealership. I will never purchase another vehicle from York Ford or go there for service ever again

Good experience at York Ford
I’m had a very good experience at Yurk Ford. The trade in value of my car was very fair and the truck I bought more than exceeded my expectations. My sales representative was Bill Barboza. Bill was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure to buy and Bill worked with me to find a truck with everything I hoped for and more.

Ok, Would Not Return
Dealership was very clean and new looking. Bill, the gentleman who assisted me in the buying process, was very nice. I placed a deposit on the vehicle Monday and was told the car would be ready first thing Tuesday morning and I would only need to sign a few papers. I returned Tuesday morning and Bill appeared a bit frantic and disorganized, he did not have my vehicle registered or inspected when I arrived and spent several hours running around looking for paperwork. However, he did go above and beyond and drove me to the bank when there was a problem with my check, so he does care about his customers. Arrived at the service department first thing on Thursday morning for my inspection sticker and they appeared much more organized. I was in and out in 20 minutes. If you are sensitive regarding COVID-19 regulations or immune compromised, know that they were VERY lax about mask wearing and there were a number of associates sitting and standing inches from each other without masks while customers were in the building. I made eye contact with them several times and they made no move to put on their masks.
