I had been shopping for a car and grew tired of hidden "reconditioning" fees and other add-ons from dealers. I also was surprised how few phone calls or emails were even returned. The lack of follow up even after I said I wanted to purchase a vehicle was horrible. I have purchased cars online and out of state before and that is how I found Bill Luke Marana.I was very surprised when I received a call back from my request within minutes; followed up by a text. The text included a video, pictures of the vehicle and other information. I was able to call and was sent an invoice for the total amount of the car - so I could see if any fees or add-on popped up. The only add-on was window tinting - which I would have wanted anyways and reasonably priced at $395. The other was the Documentation fee of $695; but I know that there is more work involved with an out of state buyer - so also didn't think that was a problem. That was it - everything was handle quickly; they even organized the transport of the truck. Here is the best thing - when the truck arrived; there was some damage that wasn't noticeable from video or pictures. I sent a text to the Internet Director; Rodney Zimmerman - explaining my disappointment. I assumed I would never hear back and it was my fault I didn't see the vehicle in person. That did not happen; Rodney called me back within minutes - express that the damage was NOT noticeable in the video and pictures and asked if I would get an estimate to repair the work. I provided an estimate and without hesitation - it was accepted and a check was sent overnight. Who does this any more? I have purchased at least 100 cars in my lifetime - this rates as one of the best buying experiences I have had. Thank you Rodney and thank you everyone involved in my purchase at Bill Luke Marana.

STAY AWAY, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!! They will pull a credit report without your permission. When you want to take the car to a mechanic before purchasing they do high pressure sales. They lied about the car not needing tires and were fine to send me out the door with bad tires. The upper management are pushy and rude. My salesman Roger was awesome, too bad he works for such a shady company.

Hello Karen, we appreciate your response. We value your feedback, however, your statement does not inline with our recollection. You did purchase a unit, and filled out an online credit application. You decided to back out of the deal, and we allowed you to do so. You attempted to purchase another vehicle, we explained our store policy, and you expressed your displeasure in our policy. This is not ideal, nor typical of our interaction with customers, however, you are always welcome to our dealership, and we will do the best we can to completely satisfy you!
Your lack of training on your internet sales people needs to be addressed. I did put a deposit down and filled out an application bc I was told to. I did that in good faith. I did not even see the car yet, it was still being worked on. I was told that there would be no credit check at this time. When I was at the dealership they even admitted that Luis was telling people the wrong information. If you think it's ideal to sell a car with bad tires, and not allowing me to take it to my mechanic, and lie to their customers and believes these "policies" are good, that's all I need to know about this company.

Talk about bait and switch. My parents called about a vehicle and worked out the details. I had to go pick them up at their house and drive them to the lot, and it was a long drive. We get there and see the car they were coming to buy with their name on it. It was marked reserved that was nice. After waiting for the sales person to come meet them. He hands them off to a different sales person and then the new sales person tells them that they can't buy the car they came to buy that has their name on it because it was already sold and then they try to sell them something different. My parents had already called their insurance company to start the process to add it to the policy. That is a horrible way to run a business. They went through a lot to get to the lot under the impression they had a car reserved just to get the old school scummy bait and switch.

Update review from 1 star to 3 star. after 6 plus weeks of back and forth e mails and text i fiinaly got paint touch up and floor mat installed. Thanks to JANNELLE the Service Manager . Too bad little response from sales manager. Better transparency and customer service will improve with dealer hands on workshop. Good LUCK Bill Luke Marana

I was treated great up to signing all the paperwork.
I was treated great up to signing all the paperwork. But, when the car developed issues after only 2weeks of ownership it was totally different. My phone calls were not returned. I went to the dealership in person, spoke with finance manager and then a general manager. Long story short, my car should have been covered for everything from new battery in key fob to replacing battery in car and everything that transpired after that. Instead, I am left holding the bag for $900.00 plus out of my pocket because no one told me that it was all covered under my GM warranty. Because I purchased a battery from Auto Zone, it voided the warranty and everything that went wrong after that wasn’t covered. Their people are still ghosting me. If anyone is thinking about purchasing car, do yourself a favor and don’t even consider their dealership.

The manufacturer does have a responsibility to the consumer to do warranty repair work, and in our opinion, they do a great job of honoring their transferable warranty coverage. As a used car dealer, we have to rely on the manufacturer to do repairs for units that are covered under transferable warranties, such as yours.
