I had a great experience at Bill Luke Marana. Sierra responded very quickly to my test drive request, my sales guy Enrique was super knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and the buying process was relatively quick and easy.

Nice place and pretty straight forward. I’m skeptical by nature but Pablo in finance department actually gave me a better interest rate than my bank. Isa Palacios is an all star ! Honest and solid dude overall. Pretty seamless from start to finish strongly recommend Isa as the go to guy there. Dig the new ride thanks to the whole team at Bill Luke Marana. Btw prices are pretty straightforward no hidden costs which is very welcoming.

Enrique at Bill Luke in Marana is very helpful when looking for a used car. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and then ensured the Service Dept at Bill Luke's got the car ready to take. The car had just arrived and Enrique went out of his way to help us on a late Sunday afternoon. We feel we got amazing customer service from him.

Probably the worst buying experience for me in over 40

Probably the worst buying experience for me in over 40 years of dealing with car dealers. I was low balled on my trade, they put it on their lot for sale at over 5 times what they had paid me 1 day earlier (I was told that it had to go to auction). My new vehicle has 3 tires with 28000+ miles and 1 then there's 1 new tire. At the last minute before leaving I asked for the second key and was told that used cars only come with I key. No floor mats, very poor quality paint touch-up and they claimed to have spent over 3k in reconditioning. I have texted and emailed and haven't received a response. I spent over 4-1/2 hours in the dealership.

Your trade in did not pass our standards for reconditioning, therefore, we will not be retailing this vehicle, it will not be advertised to the public, and will go to a wholesale auction. We do you have floor mats and second keys on some units, however, due to the vehicles being pre-owned, some units may not have a second key or floor mats, this is noted at the bottom of our vehicle description page on our website. Bought a 2022 Chrysler voyager with 45,000 miles on it on

Bought a 2022 Chrysler voyager with 45,000 miles on it on October 14, 24 from Andrew . As soon as I drove it off the lot the ac stopped working. Then on December 23 the vehicle lost power engine light came on, It barely made it home. I called Andrew the next day and got the runaround, after 3 days of excuses he said the vehicle was not covered by their 3 month xx warranty. The problem ended up being the valve body in the transmission. If you buy from these guys don’t depend on them to stand behind there vehicle!

Hello Saul, we value your feedback and would have loved for your experience to be entirely positive. Unfortunately, there are circumstances of which a vehicle, new or pre-owned, may have an issue after delivery. The a/c issue was immediately addressed and repaired. The valve body in the transmission, should have been addressed by the manufacturer, as they are obligated to stand by their transferable warranty. I’m stating the facts, why offer a warranty on the power train? Is that because you know the manufacture warranty is going to cover it instead of the responsibility being on you? Like I said, I had the vehicle for two months barely. That was the second problem, on top of that once the vehicle was inspected by Chrysler. Both motor mounts had to be replaced. Seems like a scam to me!

In the event that the manufacturer didn’t cover the trans, I would have had to pay out of pocket! I contacted your salesman that sold me the vehicle. I got the runaround for 3 day before you guys said there was nothing you could do. After only have the vehicle for only 2 months. You need to take your xx warranty off your website, cause you don’t stand behind it. I’m proof, it’s a false warranty!

The internal communication and post sales customer

The internal communication and post sales customer service at Bill Luke unfortunately is horrendous. We worked with Darius who was attentive, direct, efficient and all around great to work with. Post sales, from finance on has been a complete clown show. Despite finance pushing fear, uncertainty and doubt regarding building credit and credit scores, that was complete fodder. We were able to close a cash transaction annoyed, but peacefully. All the sales docs were to be emailed, title and tag handled by the dealer. 35 days post closing and numerous requests including one to the finance director David Mayer and we cannot not get the sales docs, information on the title, or if the tag was handled properly. Even Darius in sales has been rendered completely powerless against the total lack of post sales customer service despite all his efforts to try and get answers. I would avoid this inconsiderate, poorly managed lack of standards comedy show at all costs.

As you might expect from a dealership of this caliber, no one from the management team ever contacted us. Today we had to visit the dealership in effort to obtain copies of all the paperwork never emailed or sent via mail. As expected, Darius was very attentive and upon request, asked David Mayer finance director if he would meet with us. David Mayer agreed to meet with us. We explained we purchased a vehicle over 35 days ago. Paperwork was never emailed or mailed as it was supposed to be. We explained we have made numerous requests for it and have not been able to receive it. It was unclear to him why it was not provided at purchase. Mr. Mayer confirmed our mailing address and explained there was not an email provided or in the paperwork and that is why it was not emailed. However, it should have been printed at purchased or mailed upon request. Mr. Mayer provided a printed copy of the paper work. After reviewing the paperwork on page 1 of the ADOT Title and Registration Application the email address had been provided and was in the paperwork. Mistakes happen but these are basic, simple details in the handling of the sale of a car. If you cannot handle the basics what happens to the bigger things. They should serve as red flags before anyone considers giving their business to this dealer. With the built-in profit from their $399 junk tint fee, and $699 doc fee the very least they could provide is the basic curtsey of being responsive.
