BUYER BEWARE !!! I Purchased a vehicle from them 5 months ago (Ram 1500) the truck came with an aftermarket key fob which I expressed to my sale rep . He assured me it was the oem obviously it wasn’t but I left it at that . Last week the wife took it for a quick run mind you her first time ever driving it . She proceeded to leave her purse in the vehicle since it was an in and out situation, she locks the truck when suddenly as she comes back to try to enter the vehicle the fob is non responsive. I get a call she is panicking because her purse is stuck inside . I said calm down on the fob there is a key you can open the door and go on your way , simple enough right ? Wrong ! The key in the fob is not cut it’s solid so we had to call a locksmith to gain access to the vehicle now my wife and both kids are stranded waiting for a lock smith . I called Bill Luke to explain the situation spoke to a desk manager Garret/ Jarret very disappointed with his response and customer service. He ultimately said it’s my responsibility to get this resolved , that it was too late for them to assist . I asked what if it was caught early on still he said it would have been my responsibility. What!! I responded, You sold me a vehicle that I am not able to gain access if the fob does not respond his answer was straight forward said yes it’s my responsibility . Arrogant attitude and pre potent behavior very dissatisfied.

Carlos is the BEST salesperson ever .He will work with you ,he is very knowledgeable about the cars and the selling process,he will work hard to get you the best deal and is honest .We have bought 2 cars from Bill Luke in the last month and are very happy with the entire process during both purchases. Carlos never gave up in trying to get us what we thought was a good trade in value on our mustang ,he kept returning to his boss with everything he had to make the deal go smoothly. Once we came up with sometrhing that worked for the dealership and us we signed the deal.Again if it was not for Carlos working so hard to help us get the right deal the sale would have never been completed.Now we know why he is so good at his jopb.He takes a lot of pride in being the #1 salesperson in the state,not just at Bill Luke.. If anyone wants a trustworthy salesman ,that will go the extra mile to see if a deal is possible ,please go see Carlos V @ Bill Luke -Marana ..Carlos you deserve all the credit and praise you earn..Again the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with.Keep up the good work....Missy
