We bought a new 2025 GMC Yukon AT4 vehicle from Covert in Austin, TX, online from Colorado. We chose Covert because of their longstanding family reputation. Aaron, our salesperson, made the transaction seamless by adding a personal touch through video. He kept us informed and had answers to all our questions. He coordinated the shipping of both our trade-in and new vehicle within days. The finance department handled the TX/Colorado transaction quickly and accurately, even with the different state tax laws. Thank you, Aaron and the Covert family.

Hunter has been excellent to work alongside. This is the second truck we have bought for him and both times, he was professional and did what he said he was going to do. He helped out my son a lot to buy his first new truck.

Worst experience I’ve ever had of buying a vehicle. No one there knows how to tell the truth they continue to put you off and do not respond to any of your questions and if they do, they do it with a lie I will never recommend this dealership to anyone at your dealership names are already off of my truck, and he’ll never buy there again.

If a particular part is needed for repair before I can receive my vehicle, all I have asked is for someone to tell me what part it is. No one has been able to do that. If an OEM part is not available, can an aftermarket part be used. It has been over 5 weeks since I was notified of this issue.
