Excellent experience in dealing with Covert team. The initial test drive, and walking through initial price was done well. The first pricing proposal was somewhat confusing and after reviewing it at home I completely understood. The financing process was clean and fast. Overall it was an excellent experience.

It is difficult to communicate with the service center
It is difficult to communicate with the service center because of the answering system. It feels like the service representatives don't feel that it is their job to communicate with customers. It does not make me want to service my vehicle at. this dealership. The work by the technicians seems excellent and quick once they have the parts.
