I got an appointment with ease. There were plenty of open seats in the waiting room and the repair cost was less than the quote, Can't get any better than that!

First time I went in for a synthetic oil change, I was there for about 40-45 minutes. Second oil change included fuel injection system flushed and serviced. This took close to 2 hours... also when booking the oil change it says it includes fluids top off... and my fluids were at the same level, windshield washer fluid low light came on a couple days later and coolant level was under min line...maybe these fluids aren't included? The workers there are nice and respectful.
