Great customer service from Nathan and Filip. Being 5 hrs away, I had a lot of questions to be answered before making the drive up there for the beautiful QX60, and Nathan answered all of them in a quick time frame. Filip answered all my questions with great knowledge and explained warranties and extras in great detail. I’d make the drive again. Wish I lived closer to take advantage of the Perks and Motor Werks.

I was very impressed with my whole experience from the start to finish when I left the dealership. My sales rep Nathan was very good at listening to what I wanted from the initial conversation over the phone and when in person. He was very thorough. and straightforward not wasting my time. When I presented my offer he asked if that would be ok to introduce the manager Seth, who would be reviewing this, I advised that would be fine. As Seth came and introduced himself, I was very impressed as he listened as well to what I wanted. Any questions I had about the special finance rates ,Nathan and Seth went over and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. They were both thorough and straightforward , not wasting my time. They listened to what I wanted , negotiated and made a deal! They made it clear to me they want to earn my business and made it happen in a timely fashion as well. I must say I have never had such a great experience from start to finish in such a a decent time frame with any dealership but here at MotorWerks Infiniti of Barrington IL. If you are looking for a vehicle new or used, definitely go here! I highly recommend Nathan as the sales rep, so be sure to request Overallhim. Show room was amazing with all the different car dealers in one spot! Sales team was professional! Wasted too much time trying to sell me after market products that I was totally not interested in (Gap insurance and paint protector) but did not put same efforts into after market products that I was interested in (custom rims and auto starter) which at the end of the day cost the same price!.My Lexus GX 460 only had 27,000 miles but was involved in an accident. Took the truck to Lexus for a sticky door handle. They said the issue was due to the accident and the problem was addressed with extra lubricant! Obviously didn't work. Lexus replaced handle at $250 plus repaired a broken cup holder at no additional charge. Truck is brand new now! Went back to MW to ask for reimbursement of the repair charge and got a big hassle! Finally agreed to pay half the bill! But after six weeks, no refund! So close! But no cigar!
