I walked into the dealer with no intention to buy. I just wanted to investigate options for termination of my Infiniti Lease prematurely since I exceeded my mileage. My sales person Nathan listened to my thoughts and without any pressure explained the benefits of a 2020 which I requested. He then introduced me to Seth his manager who began some calculations while I took a test drive with Nathan. I loved the Improvements in the 2020 and Seth worked diligently to create a deal I could handle. Moreover he then found a color and equipment I wanted locally. Then Filip in F and I made the signing easy. Never did I feel pressured and felt I could leave at anytime. Nathan really knows the vehicle and did everything he could to explain its operations and features. I even went back a second day to be trained on features unfamiliar like appleplay. I look forward to visiting MW often.
