Nathan was great in helping me with the full process of buying the car. We had some minor service issue and it was dealt promptly. I would rate this dealership 5/5 in customer service. I have visited so many other dealerships in Illinois but this is the best so far.

Great experience with the sales team at MW Infiniti. Nathan was great to work with., very patient as I tested every feature on the car, prior to making my decision. Ali was also very helpful in navigating the financing for my purchase. They both explained things well, very communicative and met the timing expectations they set. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend them to family and friends. I came back that very night to drop off some additional paperwork and the sales people I met with were super helpful as well. Filip was extra helpful in Nathan and Ali's absence. He was able to gather the final items I needed and was willing to help us get a new battery for the key fob (battery was DOA).
