New Car Leasing Experience
I recently entered into a new lease for a Q50 Sport. This is my fourth lease of an Infiniti vehicle, although this was the first with MW-Infiniti-Barrington. My previous three were with a different dealership. Infiniti was my vehicle of choice, but I was surprised to find such a difference in the quality of Infiniti dealerships. I was prepared to lease from the same dealership I had before, I’m glad I didn’t. In particular, I want to recognize the efforts of Nate, Seth and Ali to make my vehicle leasing a positive experience. My wife’s car lease will be up December 2020, and even though she prefers a different vehicle make/model, we will visit a Motor Werks dealership because of my experience at MW-Infiniti-Barrington. Not all dealerships are created equally. Thanks guys.

My girlfriend and I revisited the MotorWerks INFINITI Barrington dealership on 12/17 - about two months after we purchased a vehicle which was unfortunately deemed a total loss due to an accident. It was our second time working with Steve and he was very quick to take care of us as he was the first time. Steve provides exceptional service and makes the overall experience easy from start to finish.

Lied and covered up wrecked car
I bought a certified Q50 from them in 2016. It had 10,000 miles and I was told by the dealer it was a demo and I was first on title. I was not informed the car had been in a front end wreck. Multiple body panels on the front were replaced and welded back into the car. Was also told it had frame damage that was repaired. I never had it inspected closely because the car had 10,000 and they kept the Carfax clean. The accident magically appeared on my Carfax over a year after the collision and well after I already bought the car. Really really shady deal. I had people asking me at the dealer....oh your buying that Q50??? "You'll be first on title". That was a lie because it was titled already to a buyer before me AND they COVERED up a MAJOR accident on the vehicle. What a shady place that I will NEVER do any business with again. I SHOULD get lawyers involved but its not worth it. I traded my Q50 away and washed my hands of it. Don't trust what they say without investigating their claims and have a body shop look over any used car here. They'll put stuff on the lot before the Carfax catches up to the collision being reported.

We understand your frustrations however, Carfax is a 3rd party vendor supplying vehicle information to the consumer and vehicle industry. No dealership or individual can tamper with reporting. It is not unusual for a reporting to show up much later. This is due the increase of repair shops and such joining the Carfax reporting system. Dealerships have no control on what or when a reporting will appear on Carfax. Thank you.
Leased a new Q50 from Motorwerks Infiniti Barrington
I'm a repeat client, this time working with Chad Simon, Steve Mink, Seth Gibrick and Ali Nauraiz. I had been rear-ended and my previous car was totaled out. I had already been through a tremendous amount of aggravation dealing with the insurance companies, and didn't have a lot of time to find a new vehicle. The Motorwerks team referenced above worked so hard to quickly find me the right vehicle and get me out of the dealership that day - even offering to return my rental car for me as I don't live close to the dealership. Their diligence and care made this the single best car buying/leasing experience I've had to date, and I'll definitely recommend them! Thank you team - I really appreciate all you did for me! My engine blew in my car and really needed a new car asap. I called infinity in Barrington and was connected with Steve Mink. When I came in he already had a list of suv that matched what I was looking for. He showed me some of the vehicles he had in mind and I chose a nissan pathfinder. Steve Mink was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. It took one visit to the dealership and I left with a car.
