Fixed alignment that another dealership couldn't do

I was extremely pleased with the service of my acura RDX, for an alignment of my car. After getting new tires from another dealership and alignment, and then going back to this dealership and still not being aligned correctly, we decided to bring the car into Herb Connolly. Even though your dealership is not as convenient we will be back. Thank you for your detailed attention and fixing my car.

Walk in Service Maintenance

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I usually walked in for service maintenance and sometimes they are very busy and yet they find space to fit my car in. Jake is very attentive and thorough in explaining detail of the services and maintenance required and estimated cost. I also like the fact that when I get my car back it’s spotless. I would say customer experience is awesome never failed! Thank you Jake, James, Mike, and the entire crew.

First service on new RDX

My first service experience was excellent at Herb Connolly. I was impressed that as soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by my personal service representative. The service to be performed was clearly explained to me, including an explanation of a recent safety recall. The oil and tire rotation was completed on time, as promised. Overall, I was very happy with the service and experience, and I would recommend this dealership to others.

2016 RDX

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a brand new RDX. Hey no pressure sale was great. I must not go any further without mentioning the stellar sales representative Jimmy Goon. He listened to what is important to me and my family during the selection process. Jimmy has a great sense of humor, got I have it with that name Jimmy Goon Overall super!

Great service and very professional

Easy to make an appointment. Courteous and efficient. Car cleaned at end of service. Had to remind rep regarding pre-paid service agreement but honored without a problem.

Timely service, comfortable waiting room

I have always brought my Acura here for service and it has been great every time. Loaner cars are available but wait time is so reasonable that I've just waited in their comfortable waiting room.

Great experience

I needed our car serviced but had to drop off and possibly pick up after hours. Dave stayed at the service desk to check us in almost an hour after closing, helped recommend the correct service (since I had made the appointment on-line). He called promptly the next morning to confirm and also let us know when the service was completed. Very professional and accommodating. The service ended up costing less than we originally anticipated.
