15,000 mile work ad oil change

very professional, friendly, work done quickly and I had no issues. because I was there for an oil change and I had 15,000 miles more stuff was done than I anticipated but it was all for the good.

James Brown to the rescue!

After an unsatisfactory service we got in touch with James Brown who came to the rescue and straightened everything out. We were very satisfied with his attention to our problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. We always enjoyed our association with Connolly Acura from purchase of our new MDX to the service we had after purchase. We will continue to recommend Connolly to our family and friends.

First oil change.

Everyone was helpful and professional. One hick up was payment. We paid for the service When I got home we realized We had paid in advance for oil changes etc for the next 36 months. However when I realized it and called back the response was great.

Easy to get an appointment and little time waiting. I can get a Saturday appointment which I like. The service department folks are friendly and helpful.

In very good hands...

As usual, Kevin and team took very good care of our MDX. From the surprise full brake job to the routine service to the full detail, my car was returned to us both in a timely manner & with all services provided. Only wish the GPS update that I ordered was the correct one so it could be completed at the same time as the service.

A+ All the Way.

When I bought the car, the CD player was inoperative because one or more discs were stuck in the CD unit. The CD player and radio were removed and sent for repair. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before the unit would be repaired and returned. After 2 weeks, I got a call from Dave in the service center who informed me that the unit was back and ready to install the next day. I made an appointment for the next day; I was late but they took me in anyway and in just a little more than an hour the CD/radio was installed. I had music! The car then was washed and vacuumed and the car retained that new-car look and smell even though the car is from 2007 with 66,000 miles. Promises made, promises kept. And Dave in service is just the greatest. He delivers whatever he promises, and he does it with a most pleasant attitude.

Very pleasant experience, but expensive

My first service experience as a recent Acura owner. Only a day after my MDX warning light for a B2 service came on, I got a call from the dealer to schedule a visit. I thought their proactive approach was convenient. Unfortunately I live or work outside of their shuttle limits. (Marlboro) so was given an option to either wait or use their shuttle to get to a nearby shopping area. I chose to wait, and was told my wait would be approx. 1.5 hours. The work was completed in a timely manner as promised. The courtesy of the staff as well as their in depth explanation of each service that my car would be getting was pleasant. Waiting area is comfortable with complimentary hot & cold beverages and free WiFi. As it turns out a B2 service is not a simple lube, filter and oil change, but it also includes tire rotation, and a full brake removal, inspection and caliper lubrication. As a result, I prepared myself for a higher bill than I thought I was coming in for. However the final bill (+$200, with a $20 discount coupon applied) still exceeded my expectations. And only for that I take away a star. I do have to add that my MDX also got a multi point inspection (almost standard nowadays with any service anywhere you go) and a complimentary vacuum, wash and tire shine, which it was due for anyways, thus I thought was valuable for me. Overall I am a happy customer and considering coming back for my future service needs.

Very attentive to needs of customer.

I was taken care of by Dave. He was friendly and courteous, liked to chat. Service was done as promised and a loaner provided. I had requested a noontime appointment and an exception was made to picking up a loaner in the morning. Thank you. Paint was applied to scratches on the door. Not a stellar job but appreciate that it was addressed.
