Great Customer Service

I had a great experience in trading my lease with a new one. I had a few phone calls with the salesperson before I went to the dealership. Once I got to the dealership, I received a very good offer within 30 minutes. They knew that I don't like to play the number game, so they cut to the chase and didn't waste any time. I was able to purchase a car and leave the dealership in less than 2 hours. There was no pressure and no stress throughout the process. I will definetely go back. Thank you, Julie and Neil!!

Good Service

Change oil and filter. A long time between computer warning

Service and people are always great Computer error in invoice pricing. Ended up working with Jim on closing out my invoice for service. Jim happened to catch the error before the bill was given to me and it was fixed. Never had to question the service rep Dave Hanson. Dave is very nice, by the way. Marshall Karp

The service at this dealership is excellent.

The service manger, Jim Brown is the best in the business. I bought a car for a very fair price and the transaction went without a hitch. I,ll be back!

Upset Buyer

My vehicle was not detailed between the time I signed P & S and delivery. Outside was filthy and inside covered with dust and had fragments on floor. Rear left light on tailgate is out. Label wasn't removed from the moonroof visor. Was told that the inspection sticker fee that was pre-paid was not refundable even if I go somewhere else to have it done. Wheel locks that were in glove box at time of test drive were not there at delivery. Vehicle has a lot of scratches that should've been buffed out if the vehicle got detailed.

Great experience

We purchased our second car with this dealership. Jimmy Goon has been our sales person both times and he is great and very accommodating. Because of him we became returning customers. The quick and easy process makes the entire transaction pleasant and Jimmy goes out of the way to meet all your needs. We refer all of our friends and family. Great cars, great team and great dealership.

Great service experience, as always!

There's a reason I keep returning to Herb Connolly Acura for service - excellent service, communication, and work. They keep my car running in tip top shape while maintaining exemplary customer service. Loaner car if needed, no hassle. I feel they truly do everything possible to keep costs reasonable, and never feel the need to question their service recommendations. Lucky to have a place which I trust so much!

Excellent Experience!

I had such a great experience with the Sales department at Herb Connolly Acura with the purchase of my new Acura. The Sales Manager, Nana Hagan was incredibly helpful with all my questions. My Sales person Julie was absolutely awesome! She completely worked around my schedule to get me delivered into my new SUV. Definitely a great place to buy a car!

Hassle/Haggle free purchase

Went into the dealership to find out our options on buying our current lease or getting a new lease for the current model year of the same vehicle. They laid out the different scenarios and were very willing to work with us on whichever option made the most sense for us. It was a smooth easy process.
