First service appointment

I brought my car in for the first time yesterday morning. First of all, I was late due to traffic and was told, "No problem" when I arrived and asked if too late .My car was taken immediately and I decided to wait .Dale was great! I was offered coffee, water.. In less than an hour,my car was ready. It looked new again after being washed and vacuumed. I appreciate the friendly service and will be back . Thanks so much ! Beth

Excellent Experience

I had a great experience at Herb Connolly. It was the first time I have had my car serviced, had a recall notice and had the airbag fixed. Debbie was wonderful and I felt comfortable coming here. It is a little far from me, but I would visit again.

Very happy with service!

Great Experience

I spent weeks looking for a new vehicle. Car shopping is not something I look forward to. I was interested in a no nonsense approach. I wasn't interested in haggling and dancing the deal. Dennis Murray was the salesman and he was great. Informative, personable and no nonsense. Worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs and worked diligently to deliver the vehicle expediently. Once delivered I appreciated the time he and Jim Brown spent with me understanding the vehicles' options. It was a great experience.

Dennis and team were very responsive and helpful

Great experience and Dennis was very responsive, available when we needed and all information and materials supplied in a timely was to make a decision. Easy end to end process and very fair pricing with transparency to what is in the market. Would recommend this dealership for a new or used vehicle.
