Great service

Jake was very helpful and arranged for a loaner immediately as I had some emergency to attend. Vehicle Service was great and was done in a timely fashion.

Welcoming & helpful sales organization, no stress

Jimmy Goon was great, very knowledgeable, patient in answering all our questions. He made sure the roof rack was installed & car was ready to go at the agreed time; easiest and best experience I've ever had in 40 plus years of buying cars.

Went above and beyond, as usual

My 2009 Acura RDX needed extensive routine maintenance as it has over 100,000 miles now. Cindy in the service department could not have been more helpful, explaining everything in detail, helping me with the optimum coupons to reduce costs, and following up thoughtfully. I routinely have an excellent experience with this service department, and this was no exception. Steve

Great experience at Herb Connolly Acura

Our salesman, Gil Berkman, has been selling Acura for 29 years, yet was immediately on his feet when we walked through the door. Enjoyable experience buying a new car

The people at this dealership make the difference. Dennis our sales person, Ethan the sales manager and Corbin the Finance Director were professional, friendly and courteous with the entire transaction. We did not feel pressured during the purchasing process. Out questions and concerns were answered in a polite and timely manner. They located the car with the features and options we wanted and made the deal happen.

The Service was excellent but before the service...

I took my MDX for side mirror issue. The service was excellent and the job is done well. But I had a bad experience with a phone call before the service. I called service department for a question about an issue I have and extend warranty I have. No one willing to answer my question and keep transfer my phone call to someone else and at the end it transfer my call to voice mail. I left a voice mail but no one call me back. I called 3 times within the week and same situation and I left a voice mail and on one return my call. That was very frustrating and make me think this company only care for a customer who comes in and spent money.

Always great service.

Found the rattle problem quickly and repaired under warranty. Very professional, friendly and cares about my concerns. Good job washing my car and cleaning floor mats.
