finding the noise...
A wonderful surprise ending to a problem noise in my car, thanks to astute diagnostics by Bob. The finding? A handful of plastic left in the tire by a service station (gas station) that left the broken pressure sensor inside when they replaced it.

Great service and a car wash with my oil change!
Dale was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the inspection lights and how they work. He also explained how my tire pressure can change in different weather. Good to know with our New England weather!

My experience with Herb Connolly Acura was flawless, excellent and all around perfect. From the moment, I decided to purchase my new vehicle I was treated with professionism, courtesy and an all around genuine care of my particular needs and wants. Highly Experienced and Genuine
It was my first time getting the service done here after moving in the area. I used to get the service done at Acura of Boston. I had an issue with the heating/ cooling system on my brand new Acura and when I brought to the Acura of Boston, they neglected the issues saying it can't be verified. The same issue was happily address by Herb Connolly Acura and Dale was super nice to order the part and get it addressed (still under warranty). Dale was also kind enough to apply the $20 web coupon without having me to go through the hassle of printing it and wasting paper :) Not related to the recent service but there was a time when I was converting my leased vehicle to ownership. Herb Connolly failed to meet that part of customer satisfaction. The finance folks here were forcing me to get the financing done through them rather than allowing me to hunt the best rate outside on my own. In this situation, I ended up with Acura of Boston. They took care of financing application but were happy to go with the institution of my choice. Thank you.

General Service & Maintenance - High Prices
While Kevin, my service rep, was attentive and friendly during drop-off process, I researched the pricing and found their prices for service on the high-side. They came down a bit after I highlighted their high prices following a phone call regarding additional work. At pick-up, I was told I could call a service rep directly and work-out service pricing ahead of time and they would price match. No thanks! I will not be bringing either of my cars back (MDX and RDX) for future service. I contacted a few dealers in areas and all were lower. Local mechanics are even lower.
