Excellent Experience

I just purchased my second car from this dealership. Everyone was/is very nice. Not pushy at all, very easy to work with. The service staff is wonderful as well. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Satisfied

The vehicle seems to meet my expectations. I am still in the learning curve getting acclimated with my vehicle. I am sure it will definitely be a positive experience.

Happy with 2 new cars

Maybe loosen up about buying the various add ons (coverages for electronics, exterior coating etc etc) - it could come across as a bit pushy from the finance manager, Nick LaRochelle. In retrospect I wished he could have spent a bit more time to explain the financial sheet rather than using so much time selling the add ons.

Review

Please see previous comments regarding the behavior of Nick Larochelle. I felt very pressured and displeased with him. Otherwise the process was smooth and I was very pleased with Peter Franklin.

Excellent experience

This was a very pleasant experience. I was able to work out pricing issues in advance with the dealership, having checked prices with other dealerships. Herb Connolly offered the best price by far and gave me the "out the door" price I asked for. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable when I came in to test drive the car and all other staff were very friendly and sincere as well.

2018 Santa Fe

I commented previously in this review. I would recommend this dealer but would have opted for more attention paid to my payment options. I am very happy with the SUV.

Salesman review.

Peter Franklin was easy to work with, attentive but not overly aggressive. I think that I ended up with a fair deal without a lot of associated anxiety.

Friendly staff, fast turn around

Came in to buy a new Hyundai Elantra, love the thing. Staff was knowledgable and made sure I was a priority. Would certainly recommend to a friend or loved one!
