I just purchased my second car from this dealership. Everyone was/is very nice. Not pushy at all, very easy to work with. The service staff is wonderful as well. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Happy with 2 new cars
Maybe loosen up about buying the various add ons (coverages for electronics, exterior coating etc etc) - it could come across as a bit pushy from the finance manager, Nick LaRochelle. In retrospect I wished he could have spent a bit more time to explain the financial sheet rather than using so much time selling the add ons.

Excellent experience
This was a very pleasant experience. I was able to work out pricing issues in advance with the dealership, having checked prices with other dealerships. Herb Connolly offered the best price by far and gave me the "out the door" price I asked for. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable when I came in to test drive the car and all other staff were very friendly and sincere as well.

Friendly staff, fast turn around
