We walked in and were greeted right away. Peter asked us if we were looking for in a vehicle. He made some suggestions. We took the car for a drive and loved it. We didn’t like the color so we picked a color we did like and he found it somewhere else. I think from start to finish we were there for maybe 1.5-2 hours at the most. It was great, pressure free shopping at its best!

Workings with Wens was a pleasure. I had already done research on the car I was interested in and he got me right out for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me a few features I hadn't yet read about. The pricing was fair and without drama, and the financing was great! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a purchase.

Love my 2017 Elantra. Like all the bells and whistles!! Service department is great when I bring my car in. Plan on going back when my lease is up to get another Elantra.

This dealer offered a competitive price for the vehicle but the actual process of buying the car with them was not smooth at all. They failed at communicating effectively and timely with me and the expectations created around delivery date and/or easiness of the process were misplaced. Moreover, the car was not delivered with all features that were agreed upon at purchase.

Girlfriend bought a 2011 BMW 3-Series with low miles 2 weeks ago. They never washed it prior to picking it up like they said they would. Reason being is when I took it for a wash the passengers side headlight was all fogged up from the inside. Opened the hood and noticed it was in a crash. The top bracket was broken leaving an opening in the light for moisture to get in. When we brought it to the dealers attention they said “It’s your car, it’s your responsibility.” Wow, thank you for selling us a car we need to put money into writhing the first day of having it. No thank you, we don’t want a discount on a headlight from BMW.

I have previously stated earlier how my wife and I had a pleasant car buying experience with Roy Porter. In addition, when I returned to the dealership to obtain an auto inspection sticker, I found the service staff to be very engaging , extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Based on my brief experience with the service arm of the dealership, I would have no problem or concerns in bringing my car to Herb Connolly's Hyundai dealership for my future Hyundai servicing needs.
