I had a complicated trade-in/new purchase/license place

I had a complicated trade-in/new purchase/license place swap – I won't bore you with the details! The important part is that the people at Steve Lewis Subaru were very helpful and accommodating to us, well after the sale had concluded. Diego, in particular, was terrific, and so was his manager. I don't remember his manager's name, but he gave me some great advice on navigating the paperwork with the Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles. I believe it was Michael Teixeira, so I gave him the five stars. I apologize if it was someone else! One of these days, I'm going to be able to afford a fully kitted-out WRX or BRZ, and when I do, you'd best believe I'm heading to Steve Lewis Subaru. Highly recommended.

Todd Gerry is a great guy told him what we were looking

Todd Gerry is a great guy told him what we were looking for and he found it and had it for us in 2 days . Very down to earth very friendly and not pushy . Very good at telling us everything we needed to know about the car.

Outstanding!

Outstanding! After decades of negative experiences at other dealerships throughout Western Mass, this was the only one I can honestly say was 100% positive throughout the whole process. Our salesperson, Brian Kane, was so knowledgeable, respectful and patient. He ensured we were happy and comfortable both in the showroom and during our test drive. The price offered was detailed and very fair, after a substantial discount provided by Subaru. We also were provided with 3.9% financing for 72 months with the explicit ability to accelerate our payments. The biggest surprise was from Lisa in the Finance Department. She was so pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable, answering all our questions about each service offered respectfully. We were never made to feel uncomfortable, a first in my car buying experience from any other finance department. There really appears to be something to the Subaru Family approach. I highly recommend Brian, Lisa, and Steve Lewis Subaru -- soon to be known as Balise Subaru of Hadley. I hope and trust the same atmosphere is maintained under the new name.
