Promised to fix any windshield chips at no charge (there are 3!), but has not responded to my several written requests for repair! Dealership was 1st notified on 5/26/25 of need for repair, & numerous times after that with NO response. Terrible customer service!

This is a conversation that needs to be to be in person

This is a conversation that needs to be to be in person or a phone call. Well it seems to require more detail. The vehicle was preowned and advertised at about 32800. I came in to see it. I offered low at 35000 out the door. They responded with 41000 out the door. Well, thats not tax and license. The initial sales tax was for Lake Elsinor. The city it would be registered in has a one percent lower sales tax. Vehicle sales tax is determined by where it is registered. The other extensive additional fees were for things like scotch guard but its called something else now and protective surface protection for the paint. There was also a security system installed. Since it was on the vehicle. They wanted to add it to the advertised price. After the back and forth I settled overpaying from the advertised price by about 300. Still not a great feeling but typical. The wire transfer instructions were not very clear and there is a choice of three routing numbers. The dealerships bank didn’t accept the payment and returned it for a fee. After discussing with the dealership bank, I was told the dealership had to request. The fee be returned. It wasn’t. Now, the security system that was installed and the reason I paid over asking is disabled and Requires I establish an account with the aftermarket service. I can’t do that because the dealership has to authorize the transfer. All in all my opinion is not flattering and not worth the 100 mile round trip. The advertised low price did provide incentive to drive out there but not a happy feeling after the process. The first brief summary was too brief and requesting a conversation rather than typing out a review doesn’t seem to be an option. It was helpful the vehicle was delivered but it probably should’ve been filled up before dropping off.
