I made a call to the service department. I drop off the same day talk to the visor give you my input on my truck rear brakes locked I need a pump the following day they called me told me that the prognosis was correct.

Made an appointment at 7:30 & seems like they had over
Made an appointment at 7:30 & seems like they had over booked and had like 15 other appointments at the same time . Was a mess. The staff was good . Just way over booked . No point in making an appointment for a specific time if you are gunna be waiting 30-40 minutes to even check in .
