Great customer service.

Great customer service. Our service advisor Ricky Ramirez provided great service. The dealer was very efficient and called us when our vehicle was done.

Purchased a car from Aaron Chevy, Cesar out sales

Purchased a car from Aaron Chevy, Cesar out sales salesperson, a very nice person, but doesn't follow up with ANYTHING. Called to get the due bill done, never called back, called 4 times, left messages with service, sales, his personal phone, desk phone, never got a call back. Really bad service, wanted to get a second car there, they wanted 10k down, hassled me to get financing. I went to another place and purchased the same car with 3k down, got financing, and already have had 3 calls from them asking if they can answer any questions. I got an email survey from Aaron, and guess what, IT DOESN'T WORK, won't let me rate them. wonder why????? Very bad service there from the sales team. Cesar. Service was great, they called when we finally got the due billed done, followed up with a call to make sure it was all done.
