I have brought both my vehicle and our daughter’s vehicle

I have brought both my vehicle and our daughter’s vehicle to this dealership for service. Faisal has been so helpful and informative, especially regarding the repairs on my daughter’s vehicle. She is a young adult who has just started living on her own so she doesn’t have extra money for car repairs and maintenance. We do what maintenance we can for her at home. But Faisal was instrumental in getting more significant issues fixed for her that were covered under her car warranty, which we didn’t even know still existed on her 2017 Volt. Very helpful!

It took 33 days to install a part the communication was

It took 33 days to install a part the communication was awful and now Chevrolet is buy the car back They took the bumper off and there’s scratches all over not happy

I’ve worked with multiple service agents here and they

I’ve worked with multiple service agents here and they are all the same, they never call you when they tell you they will. You have to call and follow up but somehow everytime you call them their answer is “I was just calling you”(sure you told me you’d call by lunch). They’ll wait til end of day to call and make you rush to pick up your car. I would say worst in service. I use to live in a different area and my Service rep would text or call me to keep me updated.
