I have purchased 5 vehicles from the dealership and even

I have purchased 5 vehicles from the dealership and even brought my son in to buy a vehicle. I have never had a bad experience. The service is top notch and Will Barios has always done my paperwork and has always been able to get me the pricing and deals I am looking for. I specifically ask for him because he really does a fabulous job! I am lifelong customer of Estero Bay Chevy!

Can’t check transmission or brake fluid and takes three

Can’t check transmission or brake fluid and takes three days to check warning lights. Pitiful.

Edgar the service advisor was amazing: Friendly, helpful

Edgar the service advisor was amazing: Friendly, helpful and accommodating. The only problem I had was the tires I specified when making the appointment weren’t in stock, although the scheduler said they were. I ended up going with a more expensive brand.

The Service Department had a reasonable wait time to wait

The Service Department had a reasonable wait time to wait for my service so I was pleased. My Service Manager, Jaheim German, was very attentive, sessional and great communicator.
