I gave a review on the 15th about estero bay chevrolet

I gave a review on the 15th about estero bay chevrolet about how they were going back on their word about paying for my 3day rental . In retrospect I should have talked to the general manager because he had Cardinal which by the way was great thru all this let me know that they were covering my 3 day rental. I will give any work my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you for doing the right thing.

Very easy to schedule my first service. I had several reminders . I arrived on time and was out within 45 minutes. . You can track the progress of your vehicle via a link they send you when you check in

Estero Bay Chevrolet really takes care of their customers

Estero Bay Chevrolet really takes care of their customers and they really care about us. I had a serious recall and needed my engine replaced in my 2023 Silverado 1500. They provided me with a rental car at no cost and replaced my engine within 10 days. They constantly reach out to see if I am satisfied. This is a very good dealership!
