Shawn quickly got me out of my old lease and into a new one with the exact model that I wanted. He worked very hard to get the items and features that I wanted and was quite accommodating with letting me take a car for a test drive.

Jeffrey in the service department was awesome. He gave me good information, looked at ways to save me money and called me in advance of an appointment to let me know that a needed part had not yet come in, saving me a trip to the dealership. The service manager also called me to make sure everything was going well. Good customer service.

The service team was very helpful and able to get my vehicle in and out quickly. Lindsey was great in keeping me informed about progress on my vehicle.

Excellant dealership - have uses for service of multiple toyota vehicles for 20 years. Puchased my latest Highlander 3 years ago. over the past month I have had service on both of my toyota vehicles - 2 routine service and 2 recall services. The customer service had been exceptional. Great as usual, to have my car serviced. Folks always polite and friendly, and although the place was pretty busy, the wait was not too bad.
