It was because of their responsiveness that I closed the deal with Umansky versus another dealership. The financing experience went forward just as they told me it would--their were no "last minute" changes to deal with. I really appreciated the fact that everything was accomplished as promised!

Pleasant and prompt experience, cheaper than expected because one problem was trivial. The drop off and pick up person, Floyd I think, was great--ex army person. We very quickly developed a significant exchange when he brought me home which we picked up 6 hours later. Your driving job may be a simple add on for him because he is retired from the armed services. But he might also be someone you should use for better purposes, for him and your company

Excellent customer service and and quality of work. The State inspection and replacement of the battery were finish very quickly. The only complaint- I think the Shuttle driver could drive slower.
