The price was right, and we drove away in a new Toyota 4runner. It took only a few hours and was the most efficient buy that I have ever experienced. I have to say that this was the very best car buying experience we have had. From start to finish everyone was friendly, responsive and great!! They had us in and out in record time - no two to three hours wait! It was wonderful - could not be more pleased.

Umansky is very clean. When you get there, they greet you. They ask what you want or need to be done. When you need something that needs to be done to your car they explan it and tell you the cost right then, before it done.

Everything went well EXCEPT there was no coffee available. Very bad. Nor were any water bottles available. Therefore, I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour -- dry!!!!

I didn't buy my vehicle at this dealership and didn't get it serviced there at first. I really only switched when my prior dealer moved to an inconvenient location. I wished I had switched sooner. The people here are always courteous, prompt and professional. Every time I've had service done there, it has been done on time and done right the first time.

I bought my new 2006 Camry at this dealership in 2006. I have had it serviced there for the entire time I have had it. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership with the service I have needed, which has been very little other than oil changes and tire rotations. The staff has always been courteous, professional, and very helpful. The shuttle service, which I have used frequently, has always been friendly and reliable. I have no complaints as a customer at this dealership. I will almost certainly purchase my next vehicle at this dealership.

I waited for my car. The wait area is clean. Seating is socially spaced, and TV tuned to non-political network (HG). Car service was completed in a timely manner.

Paul reassured me there would be a floor mat and plastic for my seat and they would spray to disinfect. My car was ready on time. It meant a lot since the office is short handed and I had to get it on my lunch hour. Brady your wonderful shuttle driver was as always very nice.
