I had a great experience with Audi Shawnee Mission! I visited many dealers in Kansas City when I was looking to sell/trade in my sedan. Out of all of these dealers, Audi Shawnee Mission was by far the most accommodating and professional. I wasn't getting hustled. Instead, they treated me like they wanted repeat business, which they will get. Nico Monetti was particularly helpful. Nico cut me a great deal on my sedan, and the process was relatively simple. I highly recommend calling Nico if you want to sell/trade in a vehicle in the KC metro.

Okay Audi Shawnee Mission -I don’t know where you hire your people but you need to be the car service industry’s model for top rate, trust worthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable people! My service advisor Seth Pecina is always going above and beyond for me. He makes me feel like I’m his only customer and he always follows up with me to see how things went with my service. In this day and time this type of customer service is unlike any I have ever seen! Thank you Seth for all you do for me! I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know!

This was my initial encounter with Audi Shawnee Mission,

This was my initial encounter with Audi Shawnee Mission, and it was a first rate experience from start to finish. I took my RS Q8 in for a central locking mechanism issue, and during the initial intake my service consultant also noticed a nail embedded in my rear passenger tire, excellent eye. My initial intake was rapid, the loaner vehicle was already on deck, and I was on my way in short order. Seth Pecina, my service consultant, provided frequent and transparent communication via text message, and set a realistic expectation regarding both diagnostic assessment and mechanical replacement for the affected parts (which fell under warranty). Upon completion of the service, I was greeted with my fully functional, freshly cleaned vehicle, as well as a printed and emailed copy of the service detail. Additionally, Seth indicated that my summer wheel/tire set could be stored at Audi Shawnee Mission and replaced with my winter setup for a nominal fee, which is a service I will absolutely be taking advantage of during seasonal change. Lastly, Val in the sales department was able to quickly execute the MyAudi profile registration validation for my vehicle, and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Well done team, thanks for an outstanding customer service experience.
